This two-part webinar series will present the basic legal requirements for initial and continued enrollment as a provider in the Medicare program, including examples of common mistakes, suggested solutions, and good practice guidelines. Participants will benefit from hearing from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services attorneys directly involved in enrollment enforcement and outside counsel experienced in advising health care providers on complex enrollment issues. Part II will focus on hospitals and other health care facilities.
